Governing Law
A contract will not subsist between you and High-Tide Trading Ltd for the sale to you by High-Tide unless and until High-Tide accepts your order by an e-mail confirming that your order has been despatched. The acceptance of the contract will be considered complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been communicated to you at that time whether or not you receive that e-mail. All contracts will be deemed to have been concluded in England and any such contract will be interpreted and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England.

Right of Cancellation/returns policy
We recognise that occasionally our customers change their mind on the receipt of their order. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, U K customers have a legal right to cancel their order within 7 working days of receipt of goods and receive a refund of the original charge. You are responsible for returning the goods to High-Tide and you are responsible for all return postage costs. You are recommended to retain proof of sending for any item returned. To return goods first contact the office (by e-mail, fax, phone or post) beforehand to obtain a return confirmation reference number before returning the goods. We are unable to accept returned goods without a return confirmation reference number. On receipt of the returned goods your Pay-Pall Account or credit card will be refunded or a refund posted to you. Where goods have been delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. In the event that goods arrive broken, we will replace the broken item. Simply contact the office as above and we will arrange to send a replacement.

Title to goods
All goods remain the property of High-Tide until payment is made in full.

We do not charge your card until the goods are ready for dispatch.

If you are shopping from outside the UK place your order in £, and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of receipt.
If we know that there is a reason for this period being longer, e g temporarily out of stock, we will advise you by e-mail.

Delivery to UK destinations usually takes 1-4 working days from the day of despatch, this however cannot be guaranteed.
For deliveries to EU countries allow 4-5 working days from the date of despatch.
Delivery to the United States of America and the rest of the World allow 7-10 working days for delivery from date of despatch.

If your delivery has not arrived within the estimated times please contact the office. We cannot however be held responsible for delays on the part of the Postal System.
