In other news this week, the Devon village of Winkleigh was named as the best place in the UK to bring up children.
The Devon village which is situated between Exeter and Barnstaple topped a list of 2,400 postcodes which were analysed by financial experts. The reasons behind the victory for Devon were the low crime rates, good schools and relatively affordable property, combined with high earnings.
