When you place an order it is done using the SSL( Secure Socket Layer) encryption method .This means that your details are encrypted before the information leaves your computer for ours. When this is happening you will see a small padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser. This means that your details are completely safe from prying eyes and only we can see them . Some browsers however don’t have this symbol but if the address of the web page starts with https, this also confirms that your data is secure. This method is the recognised standard for secure internet transactions.

When you place an order we need to know your name, delivery address, e-mail address and credit/debit card number and the expiry date. We also ask for your telephone number so that we can contact you easily if required. From time to time we may e-mail you with our latest special offers; new products etc. but if you do not wish to receive these please simply tell us!
